Several postal services decline shipping certain orders into regions that have been impacted by the corona virus. This makes shipping the silent sticks a bit more complicated, as we can only ship domestic from USA.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In order to make sure you receive your orders quick and with low fares, we have established several storages we can ship from. If you are located in Europe, you can order directly at www.silent-sticks.de<\/a> at our German main storage. Customers from UK can order with www.toneally.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All drums are shipped via express anyway, with no extra expenses for our customers. This was already done to make sure the instruments get special treatment and will get to you as quick as possible, usually within 2-3 days of ordering. Due to the corona pandemic this has proven to also be the most relieable way to ship, so we have nothing to change here. We usually ship from Germany, as we have the largest stock on drums here and can answer customer requests.<\/p>\n

While we typically ship orders within 24 hours from our locations in the USA and Germany, due to the pandemic situation we want you to know that:

USA & GERMANY<\/span>

Packages to addresses in the USA and Germany ship from New York and Hamburg respectively, so should reach you within days.\u00a0
Your package is shipped with a tracking number. If you have not received an e-mail with that number, please check two things: (i) your order to ensure the e-mail address you provided is correct (we get a lot of returned e-mails due to misspellings), and (ii) check your spam\/junk folder.

OTHER COUNTRIES<\/span>

For countries other than the USA and Germany (and even possibly at times in those countries), many shipping firms are experiencing challenges, so it is possible you might experience delays, possibly significant ones.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery schedule once your package leaves us.
